Refettorio Harlem, part of Massimo Bottura’s Food for Soul network, is pleased to announce a food rescue and fine dining collaboration with some of the top chefs in the world. The Refettorio Harlem Guest Chef Nights feeds 150 individuals and families a free, 3 course meal, serving an additional 150 homebound guests takeout meals.

• Refettorio Harlem’s Guest series continues  with Una Pizza Napoletano’s Anthony Mangieri, April 23, 2024. The series has future dates planned with Mattia Agazzi from Gucci Osteria Beverly Hills and Stefano Secchi of Rezdora. Nino and Bilena Settepani resume their monthly residency May 1st. The series establishes an important connection between the top chefs and restaurants in New York City with the food insecure population in Harlem. Refettorio Harlem rescues over 2000 lbs of food a week, redistributing it to the food insecure in Harlem through its Fresh Pantry program, and its 3 course dining service Wednesday and Friday nights. Overall the program serves 500 people a week.
