The Harlem Chef’s Lab is a monthly series of collaborative dinners and seasonal soireés blending music, art and food at Free Food’s Refettorio Harlem, a newly renovated space inside the Emanuel AME Church built and founded by Massimo Bottura’s Food For Soul. Proceeds from the event go towards Free Food’s mission of reducing food waste and creating social inclusivity in Harlem.
The Harlem Chef’s Lab Series features the talents of chefs like Russell Jackson, Anthony Mangieri, J.J. Johnson, Nadav Greenberg, Aliyyah Baylor, Vijay Kumar, Jimmy Thomas, Asia Shabazz, Nino and Bilena Settepani, Eric Tran, Cortney Burns and many more.
